E. was always very gentle with the kids and provided a calming environment for the entire family. She was always on time, I always felt the children were safe in her care. Although the pandemic limited most activities she made sure the kids got to go outside on walks and to the park daily. She shared the condo with one parent working from home and was able to do so seamlessly.
